PROTOOL – A Productivity Measuring Tool for private sector businesses to measure their productivity level with recommendations on how to improve productivity both quantitatively and qualitatively.

The NCPC supports training and capacity building initiatives aimed at promoting national competitiveness and productivity.
National Reforms –
The NCPC researches and promotes legislative reforms and strategies geared at promoting increased competitiveness and productivity nationally.
Current reforms include:
- Insolvency Legislation,
- Secure Transactions Legislation,
- Establishment of a Commercial Court,
- A Competitiveness Agenda for St. Lucia.
